A : Our quality umbrella products are both manufactured locally and also imported from China.
Q : Do you have a showroom where I can 'cash and carry' to purchase?
A : Yes, our showroom is located in Kuala Lumpur (click to view map) and our factory is located in Penang (click to view map).
Q : How do I place my order?
A :

  1. Choose our quality umbrella products from our catalogue / website.
  2. Check the specific stock by calling us at 603 - 4297 2808 (Kuala Lumpur) or 604 - 5822 828 (Penang)
  3. Fax us your Purchase Order.
  4. Provide us with your artwork (if printing are needed) or any modification requirements by email ( or fax (04-582 2323).
  5. We will issue our invoice at your end.
Q : When will I receive my purchase(s)?
A :

  1. Local made: Normally 2-3 weeks after sample confirmation, subjected to quantity & material availability.
  2. Ready stock item are good for immediate collection (without printing).
  3. Special order/ made items: 45-60 days after sample approval.
Q : What are the payment options available?
A : 50% deposit upon confirmation of order and balance cash before delivery.
Q : What if the chosen model is out of stock?
A : We can manufacture or re-order of the item for you with minimum order quantity. Please check with us if the specific item is still being manufactured.
Q : How long it will take to have the product printed?
A : Depending on the complexity of the design printing. However, we will usually advice you upon confirmation of purchase stage.
